I arrived in my Poole hotel, for my four day Dorset nature holiday at lunchtime. I got to Poole by train from Brighton. I had time in the afternoon to get the train from Poole to Weymouth, to visit Weymouth's two RSPB reserves, one in the town, and one very close to it.
It was extremely dark and overcast, and not particularly warm
